How best to proceed - 6 defaults from 2019

Good afternoon, I have checked the 3 credit ref agencies (Equifax, Experian, Transunion) and gathered all the information about my defaults (6 in total). The default dates are all in latter half of 2019 the total is around £56k when I ran into financial issues and buried my head in the sand. They are all unsecured debts…

The point still stands however that if all creditors choose to proceed through courts at the same time, will OP have the means to pay these?

And my point in regards to banking group still applies - although I guess most of the damage is now done but if OP doesn’t pay what is owed, they won’t be welcome to bank with the groups again
