Smartsave bank - application process failing for anyone else?

I'm an existing customer looking to open a new 1 year fix. Everything seems to progress fine with the application auto-completing my details etc, and then after a brief pause it just takes me back to my account summary page. No new account, no e-mail received, nothing. 

Have tried this a couple of times, seeing the same each time. Anyone else, or just me?

    I was going to open a savings account with them, that was until I found out they don’t have a phone number for contact.
