Carpet remnant

Hi, advice required please. We recently bought a carpet remnant that was supposed to be fitted today. When the fitters measured it it was 1.5m shorter than the stated measurements. They contacted their local firm who said they had the equivalent but larger and they duly sent it out. A completely different colour and quality- much poorer. Turned out they’d completely mislabelled the one we bought and it was much more expensive than the price we paid for it. The firm will replace but with the quality well below the remnant we originally chose. What are our rights in this situation? Thanks
