Covid testing and jab advice

thanks for reading . My wife works for the NHS in a hospital . Different advice and procedures coming from different management teams and managers to different people . My wife needs to test x2 weekly . my daughter who works in another hospital and more front line x1 weekly . My other daughter another hospital is told if she feels bad to test if she is showing positive on a test and feels ok she should attend . My wife advised to have the 4th jab which she will refuse . ( had x3 jabs and we have lost our brother due to the Astra Zeneca jab enlarging his heart so now wont have another) Her manager who is calling the shots has never had a jab refused from the onset but threatened jobs for the staff . Is there a set procedure for someone who works in a hospital . front line dealing with wards and clinics . daughter 1 ward management . Daughter 2 clinical admin . Thanks

No. Each hospital is pretty much its own empire and can have different rules to the one next door
