HELP !!! dripping combi shower

i have a dripping combi shower that is driving me up the wall :mad: ,it stops when i run the hot water . any suggestions ? all help gratefully recieved .

Is this one of those showers were you can run a bath then pull a lever on the taps and it then comes out the shower?0

Does it have a name? Apart from b*****d when it drips.
If you want to stop the drips and don't know the make then the only way to identify it is to post a picture.Someone then might be able to help.
