Facebook hacked and disabled

Hi, I have had my Facebook account hacked after I got a notice on Facebook asking me to confirm my details due to a complain of my content. This was all done on Facebook and it look genuine from Facebook. The account was consequently disabled by Facebook after inappropriate pictures of children were posted by the hacker. By the time I realised what was going on it was blocked by Facebook. Now I have a business page attached to my personal page and I have lost all access to my page, my account, my messages and contacts as well as information about orders I had online. I tried to contact Facebook but it is impossible and I am now loosing all hope of recovering my accounts. I have had the business for 2 years and built a customer base of nearly 1000 and I think I am about to lose it all. Does anyone else been through this and is there anyway of resolving it?
thank you

If facebook are investigating then you'll have to wait until that investigation is complete. If they've just decided to close your account then there's nothing you can do if they decide not to reactivate it. It was very risky building a business on a free platform that you don't have a right to access in perpetuity.Duranza said:Hi, I have had my Facebook account hacked after I got a notice on Facebook asking me to confirm my details due to a complain of my content. Always set up two factor authentication, that would have stopped access in the first place.1

I have a problem with Facebook that needs email or phone contact. I can’t get back into my account. They have my correct email address but no SMS codes are coming to my registered number?I have even tried repeatedly sending photo ID but the page just stalls on uploading. Is there a UK email or phone number that Facebook support use please?TIAAny information given in my posts or replies is intended to be of interest and/or help to members of the forum. I cannot guarantee that this is accurate or up to date.0

If you still have access on another device, you should be able to authorise using that. Or if your phone is linked, ask for a code to be text'd to your phone.vigman said:I have a problem with Facebook that needs email or phone contact. I can’t get back into my account.
