Good morning,
I have been through the newbies thread but would like confirmation that I appeal direct to Apcoa using their online link on the NTK and that they are not part of a trade association?

But APCOA are part of a trade association.
Not only are they members of the British Parking Association, they are also members of the BPA's Approved Operator Scheme.
Yes, appeal to them using the blue text template appeal easily found in the opening post of the NEWBIES thread.2 -
APCOA are BPA ATA members.
They do not issue PoFA compliant NTKs.
Railway land is not relevant land meaning the PoFA doesn't apply anyway, and a keeper cannot be held liable for either reason.
Send the initial appeal template in blue text from the NEWBIES. Send it from The Keeper, using whatever method the keeper has been instructed to use on the NTK. Send it unaltered save for a one liner that the NTK is non-PoFA compliant, railway byelaws apply to the land in question, therefore the keeper cannot be held liable so they should cancel now to save themselves money.I married my cousin. If you found the Newbie sticky first post and scrolled down, you will find a section written in blue text; this is the standard appeal, which you use BUT you add the one line that @Fruitcake wrote: -The NTK is non-PoFA compliant, railway byelaws apply to the land in question, therefore the keeper cannot be held liable so they (APCOA) should cancel now to save themselves money.2
