Now to escalate it with complaints. I know you've started by emailing NSL to show them that climb down from POPLA.

@johnnypjr you will be interested in this. Please can you show on your own thread, the actual email from the BPA that says that because whoever sent that to you is totally wrong, and it needs escalating to Gemma Dorans because the BPA has an active case about this.
