PLEASE HELP!! I cancelled my plusnet rolling sim in Feb never got confirmation from them as you have to ring them and no call transcript. They then carried on trying to bill me. I rang numerous times and each time they said they would cancel it!! Never confirmed this via email. I have times dates names of who I spoke to ect but to date they STILL keep billing me they have black marked me on credit file. I am now going through ombudsman who are absolutely useless they are not taking any notice of my information I have and giving them. Emails won't load so screenshot them they then say that's not good enough. I am at my whits end. I even recueved another bill from plusnet today. This is becoming a joke. Why are they not cancelling my account or ombudsman helping!!!!
