1. Competition runs from 1/07/2022 (00:00) -31/08/2022 (11:59) 
2. Competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
3. Entrants must be over the age of 18 and ID may be required.
4. Employees of Hilltop Limited and Landmann UK Limited are exempt from entry to the competition.
5. Entry is limited to one person per email address and internet access is required.
6. To take part in this competition, you must enter the competition online by submitting the online entry form provided on www.landmann.co.uk/win during the Competition Period (as defined above), and provide your first name, last name and email address.
7. Only entries that have been completed correctly and in full will be entered into the competition.
8. The Promoter(s) does not accept liability for network, computer, hardware, software failures or technical failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay you submitting an entry by the Closing Date.
9. Competition is open to residents in Great Britain only. (England, Scotland and Wales).
10. Winner(s) will be rewarded with:
i. Prize 1: The Fryton and BBQ Bundle
ii. Prize 2: Triton 4.1 MaxX 4 burner BBQ (Black)
iii. Prize 3: 3-month membership to the Landmann BBQ Academy
11. There will be 3 winners in total and winners will be chosen at random.
12. By filling in the entry form you are giving permission to be contacted for notification of purposed relating to the competition.
13. Winner(s) will be contacted within 14 days of competition end date.
14. Winner(s) will be contacted via email.
15. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of first contact, another winner will be drawn.
16. By entering the competition, entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full.
17. By ticking the boxes within the form, you are giving consent to receive further marketing from HILLTOP HONEY LIMITED & LANDMANN UK LIMITED.
18. No data will be sorted unless your positive consent has been received to opt-in. You can opt out of any marketing comms via the footer.
19. Winner(s) may be asked to take part in publicity – this will only be done with consent.
20. No registration data will be sold to third parties.
21. Hilltop Honey Limited & LANDMANN UK Limited take no responsibility of prize being lost, stolen or damaged.
22. The prize cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or transferred. The prize cannot be sold or auctioned.
23. There is no cash alternative available in whole or in part.
24. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of Hilltop & LANDMANN, or where fraud, abuse, and/or an error the Hilltop Limited reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or these terms and conditions, at any stage.
25. Address will be requested for delivery of prize only and not be used for marketing purposes.
26. The draw and Rules will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. Where a customer participating in the draw is taking part from Scotland or Northern Ireland, this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Scotland or Northern Ireland respectively and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts or the courts of Northern Ireland respectively.

Promoter two “Hilltop Honey LTD,” a company registered in England with company number 09365028 whose registered address is located at Unit 5 Dyffryn Enterprise Park, Pool Road, Newtown, Powys, United Kingdom, SY16 3BD.
