No show refund

After a workshop I signed up and paid for was cancelled due to Covid, I've been in touch with the provider a number of times, she hasn't responded and never offered me an alternative date. She no longer runs the course I wanted but will not refund my money. I've asked numerous times and she asked for my bank details which I gave. However she still hasn't refunded me, any ideas?
