Stagecoach Shares 980 Notice

I work in Rail. I have 30 Stagecoach shares. I received a letter in March that was "an offer" In the middle of the letter it said "you do not need to take any action" so I didn't, because I wanted to keep the shares! Now I have a 980 notice which looks like a compulsory purchase. I googled...it says I have until 5pm today to accept the offer! I guess I can accept online somewhere. I should have asked back in March, but I was very unwell at the time. Are these shares worth over 100 pounds each? Am I being offered £1.05 each if I don't accept by 5pm? Any help appreciated.

From what I can see via google it's £1.05 per share, so your 30 shares are worth just over £30.
And from https://www.londonstockexchange.com/news-article/market-news/compulsory-acquisition-of-stagecoach-shares/15523065 it would appear it's a compulsory takeover and so it would appear if you nothing then you'll get the offer price for your shares, but it may be a few months before your money will arrive:
"Non-assenting Stagecoach Shareholders who do not accept the Offer before it closes at 5.00 p.m. on 5 July 2022 will not receive payment until after the compulsory acquisition process has been implemented (which is expected to take a minimum of six weeks)."

Hi Thank you both . A colleague said it showed as 104.70 online. I thought this meant 104 pence and .70 of a penny, but they were insistant it was £104.70 and so I thought that I had better find out fast in case I he was correct! Much appreciate the clear answer
