2 derogatory marks on Credit Karma (Trans Union) but not on Clearscore and Experian

I have one settled CCJ from 2016 July which this month will be wiped off. But where has the other come from? Only the 1 CCJ is on Clearscore and Experian but two marks are on CK.
The only info it shows is below. Any help would be appreciated.

Ignore the commentary, but check the data. If there is only one defaulted account/CCJ, then there's only one. The comments are very often incorrect.

Yup, check the data, that's the important bit.

Also, do bear in mind that not all lenders report in to all 3 reference agencies.  So if it's something like a default, late payment, whatever, it's possible that that lender only reports in to the one agency (must admit, I don't know if the same is true of a CCJ).

But as ZX81 says, the comments (and the advice they give you as to how to improve your meaningless score!) is very often inconsistent.  Just focus on the underlying data, make sure it's factually correct.
