Which bank are inter-linked for the purposes of my 85k FSCS protection limit

I have a large amount of money that I will have to leave in banks soon. I am aware that only 85k per person per bank is covered under the protection scheme. However, I believe that certain banks count as 1 bank. Is there a list where I can see which banks are linked?

Check if Temporary High Balance cover is applicable.
And National Savings is backed by treasury ... £2M or more protected.0 -
They will have the same banking licence.confused_landlord said:

Just like HSBC & First Direct do.
But do not forget about "Temporary high balances"

Look for the legal entity - usually something plc as that holds the banking licence not the brand/brand names.0
