UKPC play musical chairs with the legals

As said if you get a letter before cliam, it needs to be responded to but that's easy.  QDR have added a fake amount which they cannot prove is legal .... because it's not
It is clear this is double dipping which shows that the UKPC camera system is not fit for purpose.  We already know UKPC are not fit for purpose as they were caught doctoring pictures which is fraud.

Why QDR want to get involved with UKPC is anyone's guess as this can only result in tears for them ......

ZPPS ..... hahaha, the circus clowns that the BPA give membership to ??

Now it's with QDR, you won't hear from the powerless ZZPS again. ZZPS invented the great add-on scam one day in 2018 when pigs were seen flying in the sky

UKPC are fully aware of what double dips are and yet despite being publicly outed they still failed to follow the BPA guidelines around quality checking ANPR hits to rule out these "errors" - I truly believe they deliberately ignore BPA's guidelines and send out PCNs on the hope they are paid without question by people who don't know their rights nor how shady this firm is underneath their CEOs self styled David Brent "wacky fun boss" and flashy corporate website and offices

Here is a UKPC double dip that made the mainstream national press which is worth reminding them of (and a judge if it goes that far):

    https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-9414645/amp/Boss-private-security-firm-uses-cars-satellite-tracker-prove-parking-offence-never-happened.html

Ignore QDR - they are bottom feeders.  I think ZZPS send them the leads which they can't scare people into paying and QDR send  a more threatening letter smattered with baseless accusations and outright lies using the "solicitors" in the name to give it an air or authority to the unaware.

This is what happened in my case against OPS and I found out zzps passed on my details when I did my round of SARs. Once you've sent your SAR to the parking company, it's worth sending the same SAR onto the Debt chasers and ask them outright what the extra £70 is for and who/ what legal authority allows them to add this.
