Hi,
Ticketmaster have refunded me to an old bank account used to purchase tickets (2 years ago) this account is now closed. Ulster bank have bounced the money back to ticketmaster. How can i get this money back to me

Looking at Ticketmaster help guides, it says to contact your card issuer who will have the funds and they are unable to refund the money to a new card.Kerrylew said:Hi,
