British Gas for both gas and electric
Generally I've found that ringing up energy suppliers is best done as soon as their website tells you that the phone lines are open (and using the redial button if initally engaged). Some suppliers used to let you register your situation (change of tenancy) online but best speak to a human being, rather than relying on email. I've no idea about how easy it is to set up an account online with BG or how easy to select a tariff of your choice without resorting to a phone call. Good luck with your move. the only issue with my move last August was the demise of Avro at my old address before I was due the credit balance on the account. Got it eventually via Octopus (the appointed SOLR).1 -

Bulb were actually quite efficient in the brief time I was with them and I never needed to speak to anyone which was a bonus.0
