I'm currently £1,100 deep into my PayPal credit, however I feel like I'm not clearing enough off the top of it each month with the Interest. Is it worth my time and credit score to apply for a 0% Credit Card to clear and close the PayPal Credit?

It depends on the relative costs.
What is the APR of your current debt and what rate and fees would be the money transfer card be at? And how long will it take you to clear the debt?
If you're struggling to clear a £1k debt, you probably won't be looking at getting great card deals.0 -
