Confused about UC extra £650 as only our rent paid

Hello
Could you clarify for me if I will get the universal credit £650 payment.
Could you clarify for me if I will get the universal credit £650 payment.
We are a mixed age couple who receive state pension for myself and carer's allowance for my wife and we both get pip.
We have a universal credit claim which up until April was paying us £60 a month approximately and also paying our landlord the full amount of our rent. (Sheltered housing)
Since April when our benefits increased and our transitional protection reduced we do not get a payment each month of universal credit to ourselves but they still pay the rent to our landlord although they have taken 5 pounds or so off due to our other benefit income being too high.
We do not personally get any payment of universal credit just the amount of payment to the landlord which we asked them to send to them so will we still qualify for the cost of living payment?
I think we should but I'm never surprised at how the government get out of things always seems to be a catch lol
Also as I am a pensioner and we'll get the winter fuel allowance will we still get the extra money with that and the £150 each for pip
Someone told me we would not get the extra on winter fuel allowance if we get universal credit because you cannot have both but I think this is wrong.
Many thanks for your help

Yes you should still receive the first payment of £326 paid between 14th - 31st July. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/cost-of-living-paymentCriteria for 2nd payment ofd £324 hasn't yet been announced.

That person was indeed wrong, you'll get all the payments for which you qualify. Please see the link poppy posted for how much the Winter Fuel Payment will be in your situation.Furzeguy said:Also as I am a pensioner and we'll get the winter fuel allowance will we still get the extra money with that and the £150 each for pipSomeone told me we would not get the extra on winter fuel allowance if we get universal credit because you cannot have both but I think this is wrong.1 -
Pensioners are potentially receiving £1500 from the government
£150 Council tax rebate, £650 cost of living payment, £300 winter fuel payment and £400 electricity credit.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.1 -
If they are both receiving PIP, they should also get another £150 each. You can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset.

Yes, I am sure we will get pip payment. A lot of extra money, I wish ppl on low pay and bringing up children would be helped too .. my wife and I are grateful for the extra but so many still suffer ... And what about next year? When the Govt may not be so keen. Unless an election is coming lolMorglin said:If they are both receiving PIP, they should also get another £150 each.

The expectation is that benefits will rise significantly in April due to the link with inflation. However for most people this will not match the help provided this year and many people will get no increase at all if they are subject to the benefit cap and it remains at the same level (it hasn’t changed since 2016 when it was reduced from the original cap introduced in 2013).Furzeguy said: ...
