Full Terms and Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to UK residents only (England, Scotland & Wales), excluding Northern Ireland, aged 18 and over, with the exception of employees of Nestlé UK or anyone else associated with the administration of this promotion.

2. To enter participants must visit https://www.nectar.com/c/rowntrees-spin-to-win, log in to their Nectar account and click ‘Spin the wheel’. Winning is not guaranteed, value of win will vary and be at the discretion of promoter. The promotion opens on 29/06/22 and closes at 23:59 on 19/07/22 for receipt of all entries.

3. Entries are restricted to one per person for the duration of the promotion. No entries from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. No bulk entries.

4. Prizes include 1,500 sharing bags of Rowntree’s Randoms Squidgy Swirls 130g, 1 x 25,000, 25 x 1,000, x50 x 500 or 140 x 250 bonus Nectar points. Winners may only win one prize. 

5. The winners will be at random. You will find out instantly if they have won. If you are a winner a pop-up will appear on screen informing you of your prize.

6. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Proof of identity may be called for before the prize is awarded.

8. Bonus Nectar points prizes will be added to the winner Nectar account within 30 days of the prize draw closing date. Winners of the sharing bags  will receive a voucher for Rowntree’s Randoms Squidgy Swirls 130g in their Nectar account which is redeemable in store via the Nectar App within 21 days of winning, after which it will expire.

9. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion and/or by any agent appointed to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose.  Entrants’ personal data will be handled in accordance with this privacy policy, available at https://www.nectar.com/about/privacy-and-legal/privacy-policy/

10. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for:

a)    Any entries that are lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.

b)    Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption.

c)    For claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

11. There is no alternative to the stated prize or any cash substitute. The prize is non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of greater or equal value.

12. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing this promotion and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.

Well that comp was a bust wasn't it?!  Lots of people couldn't enter and if you could it was only once.  Plus I didn't win anything
