    I’d definitely check with the dealer how long you need to keep the finance so they get their commission. Not only because you will need them to help you down the line but also because you might get a better deal if it’s clear you want to help them back. 
  • Check with the dealer after the paperwork is done and you have the car, otherwise they might decide with withdraw the offer if they find out you will pay it off as soon as they get their commission. While they get paid, it doesn't put them in the finance company's good books, and often the finance company is the manufacturer of the car.
