Free standing electric cooker with a right hand hinged main oven door - are there any out there?

I have not been able to find any FREE STANDING ELECTRIC cookers with the main oven door hinged on the right hand side.

Does anyone know if these can still be purchased and who sells them?

There are some that are hinged at the bottom of the oven so the door opens towards the floor, would that be any good?

We stayed in an apartment in Greece where they had fitted an oven at floor level where the door opened towards the floor. It was a very odd arrangement. I wouldn't have wanted to be lifting a heavy turkey out of it at Christmas.

I thought all ovens opened from the top so that the door was then parallel to the floor.  Is that what you mean?

do most ovens not open top to bottom?
We've only had interagrated ovens etc for over 35 years and I was not aware they still did free-standing ovens/cookers - but top to bottom is the way forward

A lot of ovens open top to bottom, but the one we had I think was designed to be installed about waist height. The door was practically on the floor, there wasn't even a normal plinth height of distance off the floor.

The OP is looking for a freestanding cooker with a door hinged on the RHS, we had one that the door was hinged on the left hand side, it allows you get much closer to the oven to reach in, than when you're having to reach across the door.  I've only ever seen doors that open from the side, hinged on the LHS not the RHS.

Unfortunately I haven't got a particularly good shot of the oven, but it's below that cupboard to the left of the fridge. It would have been better in the top cupboard.
