They may not realise it has been there more than 4 years - or someone may have reported it as being built more recently. Worth getting together simple proof of when it was built to have to hand in case it is wanted for the visit.

Yes, although I'd be surprised if that were the primary reason for wanting a site visit. Since the start of the covid pandemic planning officers have been less enthusiastic about site vists, relying more on correspondence and pictures. I would have expected in the first instance the OP to be asked to confirm what/when they built, and perhaps to email some pictures.
