Missing national express coach because of changed in qatar flights

Bought national express coach return tickets, according to my estimated travel times. Qatar then changed my flight and I will be departing from Terminal 4 of London heathrow, rather than terminal 5 (as agreed in the beginning).
I have an amendable, but not refundable national express ticket. Refundable at a cost of 5 quids and any other excess charges for the new ticket.
Qatar said they are not responsible for this.
I do not have a travel insurance.
Whose responsibility it is that I now have to buy a new national express coach ticket?

How you get to and from the airport is not part of your contract with the airline. You have no claim against Qatar Airline. You should always build in time to allow for delays affecting travel to the airport. Not having travel insurance probably wouldn't be relevant to this anyway, but might be if you actually missed the flight. Not taking out insurance when you book the flights is a very bad idea.

National Express sell flexible option tickets to allow for amendments such as this - particularly on airport trips. You decided to buy the (slightly) cheaper option with less flexibility and have to live with that decision.
On a positive, if the coach operates from T4/T5 and Central bus station you may be able to join at one or another terminal. That should be a simple amendment (which you say your ticket allows).1 -
Alternatively, there are free London Underground services and shuttle trains (Elizabeth Line and Heathrow Express) for inter-terminal transfers between T2&3 and T4 and also between T2&3 and T5, so on arrival at T5 hop over to T2/3 then on to T4 - you just need to get a free inter-terminal transfer ticket from one of the machines in the station2.22kWp Solar PV system installed Oct 2010, Fronius IG20 Inverter, south facing (-5 deg), 30 degree pitch, no shadingEverything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the endMFW #4 OPs: 2018 £866.89, 2019 £1322.33, 2020 £1337.07
