Never heard of it book looking at Google it appears to be a small village so there might not be many people on here familiar with it. Maybe check out if they have a local facebook group you can join? Presumably if you are moving there you've been to visit to get a feel for the place?0

A former work colleague has lived there for several years. Was quite popular with Peterborough commuters (city centre only 10 miles). It's quite a large village with schools, shops and lots of modern houses.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0

Funny that I've just seen your post literally just above my own as that's where I'm in the process of buying! There's several very active facebook groups. We looked at loads of villages before settling on Sawtry and can't wait to get moving.0
