PayPal Credit - 12 days late payment

Hi all, idiot here - I was late paying my PayPal credit payment this month, around 12 days (was due 18th June, paid 30). Does anyone know what date they report to the bureaus? I had my new credit report from Credit Karma sent today and there's nothing for June on there yet. Maybe it's too soon... hoping I've been lucky this time, spoke to them and they said it may not get reported, depending on the reporting cycle?

The reporting date will depending on what cycle date you're on.
It's probably get reported as a late - but keep an eye out for it and it may be worth a grovelling apology if it appears. In fact, I would probably make that grovelling apology now and see if you get someone who can be a bit more proactive.1 -
It may be that they report to Experian and / or Equifax (ClearScore) not TransUnion (Credit Karma) so they may be on there. If your June payment was late it would be reported on the next report1

Thanks! So, neither Experian or Credit Karma are showing anything for June for my PayPal Credit account yet. Would this be a positive sign do you think, in that they are yet to report to the bureaus? The guy on the phone seemed to think that if they'd not updated them yet, I'd be ok. They will update the June one when their cycle runs, then you will know if it was reported late or not1

No, because a late payment is a fact, you were 12 days late in paying. If they allowed that to avoid late payment markers, nobody would pay on time. You'll just have to see if they mark it, though if you pay in full and ring up apologise a lot, maybe play up the sob story about why you missed it and ask nicely they might agree not to mark it1
