Hello, I manage a block of eight flats.  Our electricity for communal lighting, fire alarm sensors, door entry system, TV signal distribution equipment is provided by British Gas on a two-year fixed contract which is due for renewal this October (2022).  Our current rates are 57p daily standing charge and 21p per unit.  Average annual consumption is 1339 units. The bill for a full year is £509.  Given that the contract commenced prior to price cap increases and was fixed, does anyone have any idea what increase we might expect in October for another two-year fixed contract?  Thank you.
