@Coupon-mad Does this look better, I’ve spent hours working on it, I’m just not sure if it all flows and make sense, I’ve tried to address all the points you made and I thank you again for your time it’s so kind of you

Looks much better.  There's a word missing here, though:

2.2 This parking should never have been taken to court

Thank you for checking it over @Coupon-mad much appreciated, so I will get a witness statement written up for my mum now and also get the n244 filled In, do ibthen email everything to the Northampton county court business centre ?

also the doctor has said it can take a little while for their reports to generate a letter for me to use  as evidence so shall I still submit everything and then send it across to them separately once I have it or I could send it in with my draft defence

    thanks again

Nope, their job is done, over, finished. Once allocated to your local court you send everything there and a copy to the Claimant's solicitors (and for the sake of an extra email address in the address bar of your covering email, wing a copy off to the parking company Claimant as well).
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

@Umkomaas thanks for your reply and info, how do I get everything allocated to my local court, or do I now just send the n244 and witness statement etc straight to the local court now

    thanks again

So sorry, I made the (incorrect) assumption that this was a standard WS to a court claim rather than a challenge to a CCJ. So continue the process with the CCBC for now, until a local court is allocated.  Ignore my previous advice which I'll now strike through as being incorrect. Sorry, and good luck, keep going! 🙂

    Which one are you meaning?

Definitely during M-F working hours, and check shortly after sending for an auto response confirming receipt. Check spam folder as well as Inbox.

The CCBC fees one is OK for a N244.
