also the doctor has said it can take a little while for their reports to generate a letter for me to use as evidence so shall I still submit everything and then send it across to them separately once I have it or I could send it in with my draft defence

Once allocated to your local court you send everything there and a copy to the Claimant's solicitors (and for the sake of an extra email address in the address bar of your covering email, wing a copy off to the parking company Claimant as well).Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

So sorry, I made the (incorrect) assumption that this was a standard WS to a court claim rather than a challenge to a CCJ. So continue the process with the CCBC for now, until a local court is allocated. Ignore my previous advice which I'll now strike through as being incorrect.
