TOUR DE FRANCE 2022 BOARDMAN PRIZE DRAW 1: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

Who can enter:

Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter and STV Group PLC, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw in relation to the Tour de France 2022 programme (the “Programme”) opens for entries via SMS, post, and online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on Thursday 30 June 2022.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via SMS and online at 10.00am on Monday 8 August 2022.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 4.00pm on Thursday 11 August 2022.

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.

· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

How to enter & cost of entry:

· SMS text – send an SMS text with or without the keyword WINNER or TOUR to 62200; up to fifteen (15) paid entries per phone number. Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each chargeable SMS text entry costs £2.00 plus one standard network rate message. Please note that SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt will still be counted and charged (where applicable). By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry.

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. The ticket generated from entering this Prize Draw will be automatically entered into Winsday draw that is live at the time of your entry. There is a cap of thirty (30) paid entries across all online platforms (“Cap”). Any Entry Credit(s) used in this Prize Draw will also contribute to the Cap.

Prize:

The prize consists of £20,000 and a Boardman bike and Tredz package.

(i) £20,000 cash

This element of the prize consists of £20,000 (twenty thousand pounds) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

(ii) Boardman bike and Tredz package

This element of the prize consists of a Boardman bike and Tredz package (“Package”) which includes the following:

● One (1) Boardman SLR 8.9 Men’s bike;

● One (1) Boardman SLR 8.9 Women’s bike;

● One (1) Boardman HYB 8.9 E Men’s bike; and

● One (1) Boardman HYB 8.9 E Women’s bike

(together, the “Bikes”),

● A Tacx Neo 2T Smart Turbo Trainer;

● A Castelli Cycling Clothing e-voucher worth £1,000 to redeem online at https://www.tredz.co.uk/castelli-cycling-clothing (“Voucher”);

● A Garmin Edge 1040 Solar GPS Cycle Computer;

● Garmin Varia Bike Lights; and

● A Giro Eclipse Spherical Helmet and Giro Imperial Shoes

(together, the “Tredz Bundle”).

The Voucher will be valid for 12 (twelve) months from winner contact and can be redeemed against any Castelli clothing available at https://www.tredz.co.uk/castelli-cycling-clothing. The Voucher cannot be used on finance or Cycle to Work orders, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher or promotion. The Voucher can be used in one (1) transaction only and any unused credit cannot be re-used. If the winner’s order is worth less than £1,000, the unused portion of the Voucher will be lost. The value of any monetary balance of the Voucher may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative.

The Prize provider of the Package will use reasonable efforts to deliver to the winner’s home address: (i) to the Tredz Bundle within twenty-eight (28) days of winner confirmation; and (ii) the Bikes within three (3) months of winner confirmation, however please note that delivery of the Bikes and/or Bundle may be subject to delay due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation.

The prize excludes any associated costs and expenses which may be incurred in taking up the Package including but not limited to any supplementary products and services. The Package is subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer and/or supplier as relevant.

Please note the Package cannot be exchange for cash or an alternative prize.
