I have recently been in dispute with EDF Energy over an additional payment taken from my Santander bank account, the dispute lasted about 1 and a half months, the dispute has been resolved and they have offered me a £30 credit on my account,as a goodwill gesture, does anybody have any ideas about whether this is a reasonable offer

£30 is a standard offer for inconveniences.
Did you have a higher financial loss or can you give them a reason why they should pay you more?
For example did you go into overdraft and was your credit file affected, or were you left without money to buy food?1
