Octopus smart meter question?

I’m away at the moment so can’t check anything, but my app is showing no electricity usage at all from 14-27th June and nothing on gas since 13th June and readings still haven’t restarted. I didn’t go away till 22nd and there’s still the background things running. Any idea?

    Try downloading the Bright app and see if anything is recorded there.

    Your smart meter might not have connection and they were unable to read anything.

    Very extreme but in theory your mains could have tripped and you are really using no electricity.
