CCJ in wrong name

I'm in the process of applying for a mortgage and signed up to https://www.checkmyfile.com/ to download my report to send to my broker. There is a CCJ on there which obviousy shouldn't be on there. Can anyone advise on how to get this completely removed? Details... My mother owns a rental property which had been previously…

I've emailed the court. Not sure whether that's the quickest way to resolve this mess.

Please could you email me the particulars of claim for the following:

Name: XXXX
Address: XXXX
Court: County Court Business Centre
Case: XXXX on 10/03/2021
Amount: £1532

The CCJ has been incorrectly issued to my name and I would like to apply to set aside.

Also, the debt is from April 2022 so the date of 10/03/2021 is also incorrect (in case you search by date).
