Am I entitled to refund of Musc festival ticket as I've got covid?

This query is actually on behalf of my dh who was due to go to the festival tomorrow but has tested + today. The festival rules state that he's NOT allowed to attend with covid, and anyone they learn has covid will be removed from the festival, yet there's no refunds available unless the event is cancelled. (Ok he wouldnt attend with covid anyway as his friends are vunerable), but as the rules dont allow it I thought he should be entitled to something back. I cant find any up to date info on this, can anyone enlighten me please?

Unless the terms and conditions state you can have a refund if positive then no you wont get a refund.
