Trojan dropper

Did a scan today with NOD32 and it picked a trojan up called win32/trojandropper.mircojoin.h trojan. NOD32 quarntined it but how do i get rid of it for good and what does it do?

Seems to be a rare virus, google picks up very little results for it (with the typo fixed on "micro"). If NOD32 quarantined it then you're safe from any harm, to delete it open up your NOD32, go to "NOD32 System Tools" tab, "Quarantine", right click the file in the panel to the right and hit delete.0
