  • Just a further update that no direct debit was taken on the 13th of July. Apparently they will take July's DD on the 28th.

Im not really sure what's going on and I don't think that they do either.

They did take my DD on the 13th as promised in the email. Let's see if goes back to normal later this month!

Similar problems here. I have been on a regular DD since I joined. The last ‘regular’ payment was in May. When there was no payment in June I queried as to why they said I am on the hat they call a variable DD. They didn’t take another payment until July (less than my regular payment). So no DD taken in June, a lower payment in July and still nothing for August. Really frustrating that I cannot manage my account with a fixed amount and have to keep money back ‘just in case’ the cost of my usage increases. Anyone else in the same boat?

interesting, they been taking the same amount from me each month, apart from the odd day or 2 out on some occasions but mostly going out on the same day each month.

Have sent them another email asking how I change back to regular payments. I wonder if this is impacting others without them being aware.
