With the large watches you'll be lucky to find one that doesn't need charging daily.
The smaller bands are much better, anything from 5 to 14 days.

I don't know whether my Amazfit GTS 2 mini is water resistant but I have no problem in getting over 2 weeks between battery charges. Maybe I should get more exercise
Otherwise it does what you want, and a lot more. Cost was under £60 direct from their website on a promotion.0 -

How did you get your watch to operate differently to the majority of GW4 users?I was looking in to trading in my GW3 at some point because the deal for upgrading to a GW4 was actually quite decent.I found the battery life was not really much different to mine. Some people actually reported a much worse battery life.I will get 2 days at the VERY MOST out of my GW3. That's connected via bluetooth, not WiFi. That will entail....Putting it on 100% charge and then going to bed - so it's 100% when I hop in bed. Let's call this Monday night.Wake up Tuesday morning, go to work, so it's only really counting steps & showing notifications.Finish work, go to the gym. Track say 3 different cardio workouts for a total of an hour.Go home, do stuff (so only step counting really), go to bed.So now we're tracking a 2nd nights sleep.Get up Wednesday morning, repeat Tuesday. Now by the time I finish at the gym on Wednesday, I'll be on anything from 10%-20%. Usually 15-20%. There's zero chance I'm getting a 3rd day.Ok I know this is a GW3 but like I said, when I was researching, I read the GW4 wasn't really any different. Some reporting worse.0

I have a Xiaomi mi band 6 that was £30, but meets the requirements you specify and the battery life is brilliant.
It depends on what you turn on but it's certainly many days.
I use mine for swimming regularly and it comes out of the band so I use silicone ones for swimming.
The straps can be got for about £3 on ebay if that appeals - it just pops in and out.
I don't know when the 7 is coming out.
I find the vibrating alarm really useful as it doesn't disturb my other half.
For the price it's brilliant.1 -

I got my mum and my wife the mi band 6. Does everything you requested. Only about 30 quid.
I have the amazfit gts2(not mini). Does everything with 7-10 days battery (and will fully charge in 90 mins), would definitely recommend it.
I looked at getting an amazfit gt3, but loses some functions over the gts2.
