Adding a downstairs toilet

I’ve got a space in my downstairs hallway where there are two
storage rooms which I’d much rather replace with a downstairs WC.
storage rooms which I’d much rather replace with a downstairs WC.
The waste pipe is internal and by the front door (about 2-3 metres away from where I want the toilet fitted.
Floor is concrete downstairs and we would need the plumbing done - would be keen have a rough idea on costs of a new toilet so we can do all this before installing our new flooring.
Anyone have any ideas on costs for a new toilet where one was not already there?

You need a sink don't you so hot and cold feeds needed? How would you get water to it Bathroom or kitchen? How do you get the sewer to the room? Would you need to use a macerator to get the sewer down to a 60mm pipe?
You will probably just have to start getting quotes from people who can see what it would take to do it.1 -

Digging into a solid concrete floor will be expensive, digging into a suspended concrete floor practically impossible. There are also rules about making connections to a soil stack near the ground, and often they are installed with a socket fitting around finished floor level - either of which may make a direct connection unfeasible. In which case you'd need to look at either a new gravity connection, or a macerator....Lots of different scenarios, each with their own cost implications. You will need a hand wash basin with hot and cold water supply, and adequate means of ventilation. The only realistic way of finding out is to get quotes from builders and see what they say. And if they tell you this work doesn't need building regs signoff then don't use them. It does.2

Thanks for your responses both - very useful.
I am hoping to get quotes but haven’t got the keys yet so was after ballpark figures so I can do some budgeting (which is not fun at all).
