What trade for drain leak

Been back to my Dad's house after a few weeks and discovered a leak outside under the patio whenever I run the taps so clearly an issue with the drains somewhere. Not knowing exactly where the leak is and the cause, ie, whether there's a collapsed drain, what trade should I be looking at to find and fix the problem?

Nowadays there are drainage specialists with cameras etc.
Years ago drainage was part of the bricklaying apprenticeship.1 -
Is it covered by the insurance? If so they will send the right trade, hopefully.1

Is it worth giving Anglian Water a call, will they offer anything or should I try the insurance?0
