Hello,
I have received a PCN from Civil Enforcement (CEL, ce-service.co.uk) with issue date of 10/June/2022 for an amount of GBP 100, 14 day grace period has expired.
This is for a private car park which was permits holder only and I stayed there for 25 minutes only. They have evidence of my car entering and leaving the car park.
I have not paid yet and have done no communications with the issuers and wanted to find out if I have any way to appeal against this?

Easy to find out how to appeal (albeit you might well lose, unless the signage was very unclear).
