Balance Transfer to Nationwide CC (Amex)

Hi all.

Does anyone know if one can do a balance transfer from an Amex UK card to a Nationwide Credit Card?

Amex only has 15 digit card number as opposed to 16 digits - hence, just wondering if anyone here has actually successfully managed to do this through the Nationwide app?!?

Nationwide balance transfer cards are among the small number of credit card companies that are well suited to a balance transfer from an American Express credit card. Many other credit card companies are unable to process the AMEX 15 digit card number. However, Nationwide do accept an Amex balance transfer online.

I know that it is possible, since I did a BT from Amex to Nationwide a few years ago. I think I had to telephone NW to do it.

Yes, it is possible, i completed one just over a year ago.
