Admiral Little Black Box Query

Hi All

Before anyone asks I have tried getting through to Admiral & after half an hour I got fed up of being on hold.

I am wondering if anyone has had an Admiral Little Black Box installed on their car or someone else's? The box was finally installed, on my daughters car, over 2 weeks ago & I was told by the installer that after a week it would go live on the Admiral account online. However every time we log in it says "Awaiting installation of your telematics unit and confirmation of your first journey. Check back soon!"

Does anyone know how long it actually takes?
