Which radio for a 64 reg Peugeot Partner van.?

I want to buy a radio for my sons van which is a 64 reg Peugeot Partner.  I have no idea about which to get, presumably they are specific to the vehicle rather than generic.

Can anyone advise please. Thanks.

This could quickly get expensive. Is the current radio dead or does your son desire a more fancy one (e.g. bluetooth etc)? If its just dead then try the cheap options such as checking fuses and that the external aerial is present before spending any money. If still dead then try a scapyard first for an identical model. But if he must have a fancy new unit then visit any of the Citroen/Peugeot forums and see if your questions have already been answered e.g a better equipped OEM model that will already work with factory fitted wiring.

    Thanks for the reply.

Its not a case of having a new fancy one. The one in the van has a fault whereby it was coming on whist the van was parked up and locked and therefore draining the battery.

The only solution he could find was to remove the radio from the van. although now I have just written that I'm wondering if the fault may have been on the wiring and not the radio in which case a new radio wont help. He has a birthday coming up and I thought it may be better to get a new radio rather than take the other to see if it can be repaired.

You can get something like this which is probably the cheapest way to fit a replacement radio.
