OLD HBOS Investor

Hi All,

First post so please excuse if another topic covers this.

I recently got posted a letter out from HBOS stating I have a Halifax Investor ISA which I actually forgot about.  There’s not too much in it, approximately £500 invested in some of international fund. I would imagine that money has been there for at least 5+ years if not longer so I have learnt to cope without it and don’t want to withdraw it too spend on something I don’t need.

My question, I am looking to keep it invested in some shape or form, but is this account the best thing for it? What fund and or platform should I look at? I suppose I could maybe start to fund the account probably no more than £100-£150 per calendar month.

for the record, I have no debt and live ok on the wage I earn.  I have approximately £14K in easy access savings.

Thanks
Gareth
