Are you trying to claim UC?
If so, you declare a health condition on your UC journal under Report a Change. You will need to support this with details of a Fit Note from your GP. You will, after 29 days, be referred for a Work capability Assessment. That assessment (for which there are long delays) will then determine whether or not you are to be treated s Fit for Work, have LCW or have LCWRA.

Thanks. I have nerve issues with my leg which makes walking really difficult. Do you think with this condition, I should be able to get it?

I think it may be unlikely, as the mobilising activity includes the use of a manual wheelchair. It's not just walking.
For LCWRA this descriptor applies:
1. Mobilising unaided by another person with or without a walking stick, manual wheelchair or other aid if such aid is normally, or could reasonably, be worn or used.
Cannot either:
(i) mobilise more than 50 metres on level ground without stopping in order to avoid significant discomfort or exhaustion
or
(ii) repeatedly mobilise 50 metres within a reasonable timescale because of significant discomfort or exhaustion.
