I bought an item. from boohoo but then sent it back,got an email to say they will refund it but only for garment and not postage,they used to do this but on there website it says they won't pay back postage I outside EEA,is this correct?

Rather than saying where you are not why not say where you are? Assuming this is all UK and you just decided it didn't suit you or such then yes, they are not obliged to offer free returns.0
