    Also, a small point...
In your latest paragraph 5 you say...
    5. On the 23rd of September 2022 the Claimant's saw...

Tell us more about this saw belonging to the Claimant?   ;)

[hint: there should be no apostrophe]

    Ah, a grocer's apostrophe!

Remove this end bit: "all liability to."
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Notice the contradiction here?

    2. The facts in this defence come from the Defendant's own knowledge and honest belief.  Conversely, the Claimant sets out a cut-and-paste incoherent and sparse statement of case.  The POC is devoid of any detail and even lacks specific breach allegation(s), making it very difficult to respond. However, it is admitted that the Defendant was the registered keeper & driver of the vehicle but liability is denied.

    5. On the 23rd of September 2022 the Claimant proceeded to issue a parking charge notice as the Defendants vehicle was allegedly in breach of the terms of parking at XXX which the Defendant strongly denies all liability to.

Perhaps word para #5 a bit differently.

It has already been signed & delivered... but yeah I get your point, I still think it lacks specificity on what was exactly was breached, as in the exact terms. On the pcn it says 'No permit on Display' but then no mention of it on the POC.

Maybe I could of it worded para 5 better but its done now, we'll see what happens...

Will update as to the outcome eventually

No there are more stages between.  Threads don't go from defence to outcome!  See the first 12 steps in the Template Defence thread.

You also want to send this Judgment with your N180 to inform the allocating Judge:

Should I convert the transcript to PDF and send along with N180 as a separate attachment or within the N180 itself?

I'm still waiting on claimants DQ and my own from the court..

You will have to send it as a separate pdf as there is nowhere on the N180 to add comments.
