2. The facts in this defence come from the Defendant's own knowledge and honest belief.  Conversely, the Claimant sets out a cut-and-paste incoherent and sparse statement of case.  The POC is devoid of any detail and even lacks specific breach allegation(s), making it very difficult to respond. Perhaps word para #5 a bit differently.

It has already been signed & delivered... but yeah I get your point, I still think it lacks specificity on what was exactly was breached, as in the exact terms. On the pcn it says 'No permit on Display' but then no mention of it on the POC.

Maybe I could of it worded para 5 better but its done now, we'll see what happens...

Should I convert the transcript to PDF and send along with N180 as a separate attachment or within the N180 itself?

I'm still waiting on claimants DQ and my own from the court..
