Finally a 3% 2 yr fixed

At last ! Been waiting for a 3% or better 2 yr fixed and castle trust are 1st on the ladder …hopefully more will follow.

Yes, but if those better rates are 3 months away? I think there’ll be a 1 year fix at 3% within 3 months, so personally I’d be putting a quarter of my savings in a 1 year fix at 2.6%, half in a Zopa 95 day at 1.8%, and keep the rest in the highest easy access account ready to pounce if a good 1 or 2 year fix comes sooner.diystarter7 said:I would not as i can see better rates.2 -
BLME have had a 2 year 3% fix via HL for a number of weeks now

Give it 10 more days, it seems that 3 weeks from boe rise the best rates appear.
Then a day or two before they sit again.2
