Nike.com - 10 Weeks After Refund Notification - Still No Refund

My first post here - apologies if its a bit wordy.
I purchased various Nike items via a gift card direct from Nike.com, i sent a few back for various reasons - size not fitting/colours wrong etc.
However, after sending back, Nike hadn't refunded me, it took me 2 weeks to get a refund out of them - or what i thought was a refund. Nike sent me a refund notification, for the full amount so i believed it was sorted. When i checked the value of the gift card, the amount which is £200+ wasn't on there.
I am now just over 6hours worth of calls in to Nike, over 30 emails, 11 live chats and nearly 10 weeks later with still no refund. I call Nike daily and also do Live Chat daily - both calls are recorded and chats saved for which i have asked for full transcripts, but I have no idea what my next step is to enable me to get my money back?
I've emailed daily, called daily, I've even used LinkedIn to message their regional directors, found the MD and CEOs Nike Email addresses on twitter and emailed them directly, still with no response.
I dont believe are under the Ombudsmen as when you search for Nike on the website they do not appear on the drop down.
Is my next step Small Claims Court? - When i ask Nike for their UK address to send formal letters etc. They tell me they cannot give me this information?
Please help if you have had a similar issue or know a resolution, i work in construction so this is out of my comfort zone for detail!
