I currently do my main banking with NatWest, I have an account where you pay a monthly fee for phone/travel/breakdown cover, but I’m wanting to downgrade my account to a free one. Will my bank details stay the same if I do a downgrade?

On the “Existing Customers Manage My Bank Account” section on their website it says it’s quick and easy to change your account type and that the account details won’t change. There is a link that you can click on to carry out the process.1
