Any suggestions for these Submerged Vegetation/ Weeds in back stream at the end of our rear garden?

Any suggestion on how to deal with these submerged vegetation/ weeds in the back stream at the end of our rear garden.

I have tried to clear loads of them amdn it took me around half a day along with my two kids.

I am sure in a few weeks time some will cut and throw the garden waste and all if it will be tanglin the stream again in the back of our rear garden.

Thanks in advance

The 'vegetation' looks like the usual river weed seen on clear streams, so trying to remove it entirely will be a futile exercise. However, as the pictures are so small, I'm not sure I've identified what your're talking about. Other stuff that's brought down by the stream ought to be removed, especially if it blocks the channel or starts growing, like willow will.
A larger picture, rather than lots of tiny ones, might help!

What actually is wrong, and needs dealing with?  A healthy stream should have a few weeds growing in it.  It keeps the water clean and oxygenated.  It gives the fish and other creatures somewhere to hide, and something to eat.
    If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.

You have zero chance of impacting the growth of plants in a stream.

That weed is natural and attracts damsel fliies in large groups and dragon flies.
A real bonus on a sunny day.
Though if you've removed it once you may miss out as their lava would have gone along with it.
I'm sure if you tidy the bank a tad and plant round it people will go elsewhere
